Perfect for making delicious duck liver pâté.

Preparation & Usage

  1. Shallow fry: From Chilled
  2. Remove all packaging and heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
  3. Cut away any sinew or discoloured parts.
  4. Add the livers and season (to taste).
  5. Cook for 6-7 minutes turning frequently to avoid burning. Serve immediately.
