Gressingham Memphis BBQ Pulled Duck Legs

We have recently launched a fantastic new casual dining product. Our Memphis BBQ Pulled Duck legs. They are slow cooked on the bone and are coated in a Memphis seasoning and come with a sachet of South American style barbecue sauce to finish.

The duck legs cook in just 35 minutes at which point you just need to pull the tender meat off the bone and serve in a delicious bun. It’s great for mid-week or weekend casual dining.
